What Are The Dates Of the wine club releases & Events?
Spring Release Pick-Up Window: May 2nd - May 22nd

How many bottles of wine do I receive in a year?
We have 2 releases per year usually in May and September. Members receive 6 bottles per releases for a total of 12 bottles (a case) throughout the year. Legacy Members receive 12 bottles per release for a total of 24 bottles (2 cases) throughout the year.
How many guest can enjoy the complimentary tasting with each membership?
Wine Club members never pay for a wine tasting when visiting us in Augusta, MO. This offer extends to each member plus one person. Couples often use the complimentary wine tasting together or a member may bring one friend to share the benefit with during a visit.
How many times can I use my 20% discount on wines?
The 20% discount can be used every time you visit us in Augusta, MO. Active members enjoy their discount on allocations as well as any additional wine purchase throughout the year. Discounts do not apply to non-wine beverages or food.
When can I pick up my wine club release?
Wine Club pick-up windows are determined for the year in early Spring and communicated to our members. Members can pick up their allocation during regular business hours during the week or weekends of the pick-up window. Wine releases that are not picked up are shipped directly to the member after the pick-up window has closed. Shipping charges apply.
*We avoid hot summer and cold winter months to ensure that our members are visiting during peak times and that our shipping members receive their wine in the best weather conditions.
Do you ship wine club allocations?
Yes! We have several members that enjoy getting their releases shipped to their doorstep. We ship members' wines that are not picked up by the close of a pick-up window or members can opt to have all of their releases shipped to them.
Can I CUSTOMIZE my WINE CLUB release?
Yes, you can add or switch bottles in your release. Members receive an email once each wine release has been loaded. Each member will be able to login, view the order and add or switch wines. Selections made before the charge date will be in that release, however, no changes can be made after the charge date has occurred. Please be sure to customize during the customization window. See dates above.
WHAT ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BEING IN THE CLUB?
Your credit card will be automatically charged on the pre-released charge date.
Releases not picked up by the end of the pick-up window will be automatically shipped to the address on file. A flat ship rate of $15 will be additionally charged.
Membership is ongoing and may be cancelled without penalty after two releases. An early termination fee of $75 will be applied if membership is cancelled prior to receiving two releases.
Members who wish to terminate their subscription must email firstname.lastname@example.org or submit their wish to cancel in writing at least 14 days prior to the next wine release.
Any changes in contact information, shipping address or credit card information should be
conveyed immediately to the wine club coordinator at email@example.com to avoid delays in shipping or additional shipping charges for returned shipments.
