Join us Sunday, March 30th from 1-3pm in our Barrel Cellar for another edition of our Cork & Fork Series! Dive into the world of Noboleis port from our signature Volume Series to our Small Batch Series.
About
Our Port class will feature an educational segment, Q&A, tastings, and food pairings from our very own in-house chef, Pat Nolan!
Includes:
- Educational segment - What is port? What methods do we here at Noboleis use to create our signature Volume Series? What is the difference between our Volume Series and Small Batch Series?
- Pours of each of our current ports - Volume IX, Vino Dulce, and Small Batch Series: Vanilla Bourbon, Apple Brandy, and Coffee.
- Each port will be paired perfectly with a savory or sweet bite.
