About
This dinner is one of our favorite events of the year as it allows us a chance to simply thank you, our Wine Club Members, for being our most loyal customers. We hope you can join us! Enjoy a plated, 6 course dinner along with suggested wine pairings, with a twist! This year, our Winemakers, Tom Manion and Justin Fullerton, will go head to head in a wine pairing throwdown. Both will select wines to go with each tapas-style plates and you all will vote which of our team made the best pairings!

1st Appetizer: Tuscan Vegetable Flatbread Pizza
2nd Appetizer: Mini Crab Cakes with Roasted Red Pepper Aioli
Salad: Greek with Feta, Cucumber, Divina Olive Blend, Red Bell Pepper & Herb Vinaigrette
Main: Smoked Duck Breast with Cherry Chutney & Amish Bleu Cheese, accompanied by Glazed Whole Baby Carrot
1st Dessert: Strawberry Shortcake with Vanilla Bean Whipped Cream
2nd Dessert: Flourless Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Ganache
