Ever wondered what happens on bottling day? Come see the process firsthand and get a behind-the-scenes look at one of the final steps in bringing a Noboleis wine from the winery to your glass.

Once a year, we bottle our Nouveau Vignoles and this one is truly limited! We only produce 20–25 cases each year, making this a special opportunity to get your hands on a bottle. Nouveau Vignoles is made to be enjoyed young and fresh, not tucked away in the cellar. It’s meant to be opened, poured, and enjoyed, so grab a bottle and drink it!
